The Niksen House was planned and realised by our family-owned company, TH-Immobilien, under the guidance of Philipp Tschunke and Gary Naderhirn. The innovative touch comes from architect Stephan Metzner and the interior designers at Aufschnaiter Interior – the benchmark in the region – who have elegantly styled all apartments. With the Niksen House, we combine outstanding construction qualities with technical finesse and consistently translate our commitment to perfection into a sustainable concept. This contemporary approach truly enables a good life.

The Niksen House sparks debate and, in doing so, finds its circle of enthusiasts. As if tenderly embraced by the mountainside, the Niksen House nestles against the slope overlooking Kirchberg near Kitzbühel. Its dark Alucobond facade and clear architectural design intentionally provide a counterpoint to the customary traditional architecture in the region.
The Niksen House either captivates entirely or not at all – fortunately. This means that only those who share our commitment to innovative style and a sustainable concept call this place home.
Creating Space for Dreams
The architecture of the Niksen House was conceived by the renowned architect Stephan Metzner and executed by locally based architect Andreas Mitterer. The guiding principle: to bring extraordinary ideas to life, one must break free from conventional thought patterns. In the visionary Niksen House, terrace floors in Thermo-Ash, oak from the floors to the cutlery drawers, abundant natural stone, and glass coalesce to allow an unobstructed panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Just a few minutes by car from Kitzbühel – and almost in the middle of the ski area – lies the charming Kirchberg in the Kitzbühel Alps at an altitude of 832 meters. Approximately 5,400 residents live here very well and happily. Perhaps it's due to the average of 2525 hours of sunshine per year. Perhaps it's also due to the perfect location of this four-season destination. Or maybe both. The Niksen House is located at Maierlweg 2 in Kirchberg in the Kitzbühel Alps. It is the ideal place to either enjoy peace and relaxation or experience Kitzbühel with all its advantages. Skiers' paradise Snow enthusiasts particularly appreciate the immediate proximity to five valley stations that take them to the Kitzbühel ski area. Three of them are in Kirchberg: the Maierlbahn right outside the door, the Fleckalmbahn, and the Penglsteinbahn.
